Enrollment_Data_*.csv - Grades and Absence Information

File Summary

The Enrollment Data file(s) provide you with the the ability to show information associated with courses such as: current grades, midterm grades, final grades, the number of absences, the last absence date per class, last LMS login, and more.

File Name: Enrollment_Data_*.csv
Simply replace * with a description of the data being sent. Some common examples are:

• Enrollment_Data_Grades.csv
• Enrollment_Data_Attendance.csv
• Enrollment_Data_LMS.csv
• Enrollment_Data_Finals.csv

This descriptive label will be visible to Administrators as the title when setting view permissions and when exporting the data.

Output Example

Header Row: The header row is required and must include both the Student ID and Course Number fields.Course Number should match the Course IDs found in the other course files to ensure successful mapping. The rest of the fields are flexible. A common header row among clients is:

"Student ID"|"Course Number"|"Midterm Grade"|"Current Grade"|"Absences"|"Last Absence"
