File Summary
Pharos 360 provides the ability to have an unlimited number of Extended Student Data files. Each file will show up as a separate tab on the student’s information page for those users who have the necessary privileges to access that data. Access to these data tabs is managed by the system administrator and is granted to Care Areas on a per-tab basis. For instance, all Care Areas may be allowed to see the Academic Information data tab, but only the Financial Aid and Judicial Affairs Care Areas would be able to see the Financial Aid data tab information.
Filename Format: Extended_Student_Data_*.csv
Simply replace * with a description of the data being sent. Some common examples are:

These descriptive labels will be visible to your users as titles throughout the site. Please ensure they are user-friendly.

...Header Row:
The header row is required and must include the "Student ID" for mapping purposes. The "Student ID" should match the "Student ID" provided in Student_Data.csv.
The rest of the columns are flexible and determined by your institution, but we encourage you to align column names with titles specified in the Imported Data Master document. The column headers will be displayed to users of the system, so these consistent and user-friendly names are encouraged. Column headers are limited to 63 characters.
Output Rows:
We expect that these files contain one row per Student ID and typically only include current term/as of today details.
The field value may contain HTML such as <br> or <li> if a list is desired. Commas may also be used for lists of information (e.g. "Basketball, Track and Field").
File Flexibility:
You may update these files and their columns at any time. However, if a new file is found, the system administrator will need to grant permission to the data tab before any users will be allowed to see information contained in the file. In addition, since we allow intermittent file updates on a file-by-file basis, simply renaming or excluding a file from your transfer will not delete the old file.
Please note: If an administrator requests "Student ID" to be added and available for view on the user-side, the column will need to be named differently. A "Student ID" column cannot appear twice in this file type. We recommend using your campus's common name such as "SIS ID" or "Mascot ID".
