To ensure all data sent to your new Pharos 360 site is secure, we require all data to be pushed to your site via SCP (Secure Copy Protocol) or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), both of which are encrypted and authenticated through an SSH connection.
This guide will walk you through the process of providing an IP address (or subnet), generating the necessary security keys, and creating the script that will run nightly to transfer the data.

Final Step
- Once the initial connection is confirmed and foundational files are approved, we will ask you to automate the file transfer on a nightly basis. By scheduling this job, you will ensure your campus has the most up-to-date information throughout the semester. Please make sure the job is set to complete before 5 a.m. ET/4 a.m. CT to ensure the latest files are imported daily.
If you have any questions regarding this process or believe your daily files are no longer importing successfully, please contact support@pharosresources.com.
