It's a brand new year and we've got a brand new update!
This update contains mostly behind-the-scenes fixes and improvements, but we have a few features we wanted to let you know about.
Better Student Management
Many of our clients have student workers that they would like to grant limited access to Pharos 360. With this need has come a desire for more information about your users. So we've added a distinction to the Manage Users and Manage Care Areas pages to better show which users are students so you can make better informed decisions.
We now show an asterisk (*) by any user that is also a student whether they are an existing user, or whether you are searching to add a new user.
We hope this gives you the insight you need to make the right choices in who is granted access to your system.
New Risk Dashboard
With our recent updates to the risk indicator, we wanted to add an easier way to manage and view your students on a micro-level. However, we also understand how important it is to be able to get a birds-eye view and see everything at the macro-level, so we proud to introduce a new dashboard specifically for risk information.
You can now easily see the spread of risk at your campus for any students that have open or closed cases and you can even export these lists by clicking on the Excel page icon in the top right corner of the table.
We hope that these additions will help you better manage and retain your students.
If you have any issues, questions, or feedback about the new release, please let us know contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you so much for your partnership and for the care that you provide your students.
