Completing surveys is easy to do! Simply follow the directions below to provide important responses about students in your courses. If you prefer a video walkthrough, click here.

Step 1 - Viewing Surveys
First, click on the Surveys icon. There will be a red indicator with the number of pending Survey requests.
Step 2 - Submitting Responses
On the left, you'll see your list of courses and the number of students in each course. The first course in the list will automatically be selected.
Once your roster has loaded in the middle pane, you can begin completing your survey responses. There are two choices available for each student: Complete Survey and No Concerns.
No Concerns
We recommend first selecting the student or students for whom you do not have any concerns about at this time. Then click the green No Concerns button.
A pop-up will display to confirm your No Concerns selections. Click the blue "I Have No Concerns" button to confirm your submissions. Click "Cancel" to go back and make changes.
Once you click "I Have No Concerns," a saving dialog will appear followed by a thank you message.
The list of students will update and remove any students for whom you provided feedback.
Complete Survey
Next, select the students that you feel need additional help or who have been struggling in your class. You can select all of the students, or just a few.
Once you've selected the students on whom you wish to answer questions, click the blue Complete Survey button.
A pop-up will appear with the students you selected. You'll be able to view their names, pictures and a set of questions.
Fill out the requested information for each student to the best of your ability. When you have finished filling out each of the questions for every student, click Preview in the bottom right corner of your screen.
You will then see a summary of your responses, please review your selections. If the information is correct, select Submit. If you need to make changes, click Edit.
Once you've clicked Submit Responses, we'll show you a Success message to let you know that we have received your responses. You may click Close to continue using the system.
Your student list will update again to only show remaining requests. Continue providing feedback until all requests are completed.
If you don't have time to finish answering questions for all of your students, don't worry! You can still click come back to this screen at any point before the Survey ends and continue to submit responses.
No Pending Requests
Once you've completed all of your requests, a new message will appear in the middle pane:

Step 1 - Viewing Surveys
First, scroll down and locate the Survey Requests icon. Then tap on the Surveys Requests to get started. There will be a red indicator with the number of pending Survey requests.
Step 2 - Submitting Responses
We will preload your roster of students connected to your first course connected to this Survey. You can jump right into submitting responses!
If you would like to see your list of courses and start with a different course, tap on the + Surveys row. Then tap on any course to return to the roster view.

If you prefer, you can tap the Open in New Window button to expand your view and complete your responses that way:

If the information is correct, tap Submit. If you need to make changes, click Edit.
Once you've clicked Submit Responses, we'll show you a Success message to let you know that we have received your responses. Tap OK to continue.
Your student list will update again to only show remaining requests.
Continue providing feedback until all requests are completed.
No Pending Requests
Once you've completed all of your requests, a new message will appear in the middle pane. It will include a link to your site's referral form if you are concerned about a student and would like to alert your team.
